HOA Management Services™ was founded in 2008 by Rodney Wright and Brenda Wright.
Rodney’s first encounter with a Homeowner Association was in 2003 when the Developer of his neighborhood was ready to turn the association over to the homeowners. Rodney volunteered and became the President. Through years of being involved with HOA’s, Rodney worked closely with attorneys, contractors, and residents of the community.
His years of experience gave him the knowledge to start HOA Management Services™, effectively train his staff and manage Homeowner Associations just like yours.
In 2013, Rodney earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Association Manager Specialist (AMS) credentials through Community Association Institute (CAI). Rodney earned CAI’s highest honor of Community Management, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) credential in August of 2019. Rodney is the 3,108th PCAM in the world. Rodney has also been awarded the Community Associations Institute, Heartland Chapter, Manager of the Year twice, in 2015 and 2020.
HOA Management Services currently has nine (9) Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and five (5) Association Manager Specialist (AMS). HOA Management Services is the only Association Management company in the State of Kansas to have this many certified Community Managers. Our only focus is Homeowners Associations. We do not manage rentals or buy and flip homes. This means with HOA Management Services you get a company that solely concentrates on Homeowners Association.
HOA Management Services™ is located in Wichita, Kansas.
HOA Management Services™ is a proud member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities. It provides education and resources to professional managers, association management companies, and other businesses and professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
HOA Management Services™ was also involved with the home built for Carl Hall and his family for the 2011 ABC’s Extreme Makeover Edition. HOA Management Services™ played a role in the approval of the design of the home, entry, and exit logistics of production equipment and ensured the property was in compliance with the covenants.
We currently manage Homeowner Associations in Wichita, Derby, Goddard, Clearwater, Andover, Maize, Haysville, Newton, Park City, Rose Hill, and Valley Center.
