The purpose of this questionnaire is to give HOA Management Services™ a snapshot of how your Association is set-up, maintained, functions and what the Board of Directors/Developer is looking for as far as services. This will give HOA Management Services™ the ability to present an accurate proposal for services to the Board of Directors/Developer. Please answer ALL questions.
